What types of licenses does TheShop offer?
You can choose from three types of licenses for the administration of your e-commerce project: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.
Choose the license that best suits your needs. It is possible to change the license at any time and switch to a higher or lower type.

Starter
The Starter license is the gateway to headless eCommerce business. The license is suitable for e-shops with a turnover of up to 10,000 € per year. As part of the Starter license, no fees are paid from the profit and TheShop administrator account is with no functional and time limits.
TheShop offers Starter license for free.
If the annual turnover exceeds 10,000 €, Starter license owners will be requested to change their license to Professional or Enterprise.
With the Starter license, customers can operate one e-shop in one language. They can only use one currency and are limited to 1000 API requests.
Owners of the Starter license will not get TheShop administration training and will not be allowed to migrate from their original platform. This license also does not include custom feature development.
For support, customers can use Knowledge Base and and customer support via Livechat without SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Professional
The Professional license is a comprehensive solution for a medium-sized e-shop. There are no profit fees under the license and TheShop admin account is unlimited.
The price of the license is €249 per month for 12 months contract. In this case, the final amount for 12 months comes to €2988.
When paying without an annual contract, the price of the license is €299 per month. In that case, the final amount for 12 months comes to €3,588.
With the Professional license, customers can operate ten e-shops in four languages. They can use four currencies and use 10000 API requests.
For a fee of €900, owners of the Professional license can get a TheShop administration training and receive help with a migration from their original platform.
For the development of a custom function, the price is on request.
For support, customers can use the Knowledge Base and customer support via Livechat, email, or WhatsApp Business.
An SLA (Service Level Agreement) is provided for communication services.
Enterprise
The Enterprise license offers TheShop platform without limits even for the largest e-shops. There are no profit fees under the license and TheShop admin account is unlimited.
The price of the license is €750 per month for 12 months contract. In this case, the final amount for 12 months is €9,000.
When paying without an annual contract, the price of the license is €900 per month. In this case, the final amount for 12 months comes to €10,800.
With the Enterprise license, customers can operate an unlimited number of e-shops in an unlimited number of languages. They can use an unlimited number of payment currencies and have a scalable limit on API requests.
For a fee of €900, owners of the Enterprise license can get TheShop administration training and receive help with migration from their original platform (training and migration come free with a 12 months contract).
For unlimited custom feature development, the pricing is on request.
For support, customers can use Direct Support, as well as Knowledge Base and customer support via phone, Livechat, email, or WhatsApp Business.
