• Sending a reminder about non-payment of the order

Solution

In the Orders section, you have the option to send a reminder about the unpaid orders.

A reminder about the non-payment of an order will be sent to the customer by e-mail.

You can send reminders about several unpaid orders at the same time.

1. Click Orders (shopping cart icon) and select the check boxes next to the orders for which you want to send a non-payment reminder. Click Action and click Send non-payment reminders from the drop-down menu.

2. In the dialog box, check the order code and the amount to be paid and click Submit.

3. After the reminder has been successfully sent, the "Odoslané" ("Sent") notification will appear next to the amount. Click OK.
