Q. Customer's credit card payment failed. How should I proceed so they can pay the order?

The customer has the option to pay the order by bank transfer. In the Order details in the e-mail section, you can click the Unpaid order button, the system will then automatically send the customer an e-mail with the payment details to pay the order.
